Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Help develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
