ASSISTANT MANAGER

Anglesey Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in staff training and development.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Help develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
