Job Title: Project Coordinator (ID5040)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: $3000 to $4100
Job Description:
• Assist in preparation, scheduling and implementation of project execution plan
• Prepare weekly production meeting
• Prepare production documents such as work orders and issuing technical drawings to production.
• Monitor production work in progress and report regularly on project status to customers
• Interacting daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
• Coordinate material, manpower and assists in the logistics of process work-flow and outsourced activities.
• Coordinate with all project related personnel and operations manager on day to day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of project and to provide assistance and technical support
• Support company group operations across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines
Requirement:
• Minimally 2 years’ relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Project management skills
• Familiar with weld overlay cladding and machining services is an advantage
• Meticulous as a lot of paper work and coordination required.
