Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the office
- Provide general/administrative support during center events/visits.
- Calendar scheduling for assigned Directors & Heads
- Assist in Directors/Mgmt for internal training/claim/leave submission?etc
- Recep covering
- Raise purchase requisition
- Organise and schedule meetings in organized and coordinated manner
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on the action items
- Facilitate in arranging in the management oversea trip plan
- Maintain a systematic filing system
- Update and maintain the office policies and procedures
- Track, maintain and order office supplies inventory
- Maintain distribution/contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors when needed
- Handle requests and queries from management
- Drive Continuous Improvement for the administrative and secretarial Support Organisation
- Other adhoc duties assigned by Management/Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
- Diploma, those without a diploma but has relevant experience will be consider as well
- Diploma with relevant minimum 1 year of experience
- Relevant experience in administration work is a plus
- Able to breakdown the assigned work into deliverable tasks and provide realistic timeline for their completion
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Adapt at negotiation coupled with sound analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Some knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Willing to be scheduled to work off shift hours in support of visits/events occasionally
