Responsibilities:
- Oversee at least two designated Toast Box outlets
- Develop marketing strategy and sales proposal to Management
- Develop monthly sales target for respective outlets
- Maintain outlet cleanliness in compliant to the company’s quality and standard
- Execute Human Resources matters such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews and counselling
- Monitor sales for designated outlets
- Involved in customer complaints
- Manage employee related matters such as leaves, schedules, welfare, and career development
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Certificate in Food and Beverage
- 5 years of relevant experience (F&B / Retail / Service industry)
