· Respond to reservation requests through various communication platform.
· Process reservations into the hotel system
· Create and maintains reservation records by date of arrivals.
· Ensure all reports are updated and filed correctly.
· Attend to enquiries through reservations hotlines and email.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
