An established Chemical MNC based in the west has an urgent opening for an Accounts Assistant.
- Perform Account Payable and ensure vendors invoices are entered into SAP system, and resolved discrepancies if any
- Prepare payment to suppliers and employee reimbursement claims as well
- Review and employee claims and ensure it comply to company policy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and update daily cash balance.
- Support reconciliation for intercompany AR/AP
- Support to meet the monthly account closing deadline.
- Ensure financial records are filed and e-stored.
- Adhoc tasks assigned by Accounting Manager
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting.
- 2-3 years in relevant experience.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work with short notice period is highly preferred.
