Royal Ocean Marine is seeking an experienced Offshore Senior Operation Manager to join our client's team. As the Offshore Senior Operation Manager, you will oversee the entire offshore operation and ensure the efficient and safe execution of offshore projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the operations team, coordinating with clients and suppliers, optimizing project logistics, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire offshore operation to ensure efficient and safe project execution
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Optimize project logistics, including vessel scheduling, crew allocation, and equipment deployment
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in offshore operations, preferably in the maritime industry
- Strong knowledge of offshore project management and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with project planning and logistics
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
