Job Summary:
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all stores. The F&B Manager will collaborate with other executives to set strategic goals, drive operational excellence, and ensure the company's growth and profitability in the competitive food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to set long-term goals and plans.
2. Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple departments, including logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations.
3. Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased profitability.
- Search for improvements on ERP systems.
4. Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and mentor management team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Adapt new technologies such as Data Analysis, drive innovation in product development and service offerings.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks.
7. Customer Focus:
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all operations and decision-making processes.
- Data Driven. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 yeas of experience in management roles.
- Candidates with higher educational background and less experience will also be considered.
- Excellent management skills and analytical abilities. Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Management, Big Data, Data Analysis, and AI preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
