Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to drive project progress and address any challenges or changes in scope.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Monitor project performance, identifying any potential risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams in best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
- Prior hands-on experience in software development.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
