We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisorto oversee and ensure the successful execution of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
- Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications.
- Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report
Requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record of supervising and managing projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with good organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
