Job Description
- Appointment booking, phone calls, emails and payments
- Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the whole clinic
- Maintain patients’ records properly and confidentially
- Handle admin insurance paper work
- Liaise with labs and vendors/ suppliers
- Dispense medication/dental products, oral hygiene advice, retainer instructions, Invisalign instructions, braces instructions, surgical braces instructions etc
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Clinic
