DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
WORSHIP SERVICES
- Coordinate with Worship Services Coordinator across all locations
- Implement new systems and processes as approved by Senior Pastor
- Train the Worship Services Coordinator, Production Manager and Service Team Captain of church locations with processes of organizing the service flow and communicating with volunteers involved on that Sunday
- Identify and equip potential Worship Service Coordinators
- Identify and implement improvements in Worship Services processes
- Oversee / Manage Worship Services Coordinator for all locations
- Monitor supplies and ensure ministry supplies are purchased and prepared before services
VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT
ALL TEAMS:
- Oversee and train volunteers for the production, service, KIDS, and music teams.
- Develop a volunteer management system that tracks serving information of volunteers to prevent burnout
- Develop a volunteer development system that tracks training information and skillsets of volunteers
- Develop, maintain, review and improve volunteer processes and policies related to recruitment, orientation, training, serving, and withdrawal from ministry
- Maintenance, review and improvement of both volunteer management and volunteer development systems
- Plan and execute volunteer recruitment events
- Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events
- Budget for church-wide volunteer events and ensure that budget is not exceeded
EVENT MANAGEMENT
RECURRING EVENTS & AD HOC CHURCH-WIDE EVENTS
- Work together with event IC to determine requirements and to plan for the events
- Coordinate flow/order of event to all team members involved
- Delegate tasks and ensure team members have clarity on roles
- Budget for events and ensure budget is not exceeded
- Oversee execution of event
