Job Description:
A Guest Experience Executive at Restaurant JAG (a 1 Michelin Star French Fine Dining Establishment) plays a pivotal role in contributing towards creating memorable experiences for the diners. The ideal person is jovial and a good listener. This position requires one to be detail oriented and reserved. A love for food is a must. Finally, the position requries one to be on the move for most of their work day as a restaurant operation requries it.
The bold strokes of the work involved are as follows:
- learning the ideology of cuisine at JAG
- supporting the team in the operations' management of the dining room at Restaurant JAG
- a goal driven approach towards education at work and self-improvement
- ability to identify areas of improvemnet within self
- learning and executing as instructed - the tasks allocated by colleagues
- taking part and conducting service in the dining room at JAG
- playing a pivotal role in ensuring the dining room is always in its optimum state for guests.
- engaging in knowledgeable and informative conversations with the patrons in the dining room at JAG
