Currently, we are urgently seeking for Technical Developer who has experience in Microsoft Power Intelligence (BI) We target to bring in a few headcounts of this role in August 2024 to support our client's projects, on a 24 months basis.
Job Scope:
- Incident Resolution: Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring.
- Apply code fixes or patches to address incidents
- Perform Unit Testing on fixture.
- Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other team members to resolve incidents efficiently.
- SR Implementation: Implement requested features or changes based on SR requirements.
- Integrate new functionalities into existing systems.
- Document changes and updates for future reference.
- Technical Skillsets: Power BI
