Responsibilities:
- Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
- Conduct scrum ceremonies and lead the scrum team.
- Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
- Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
- Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analysing information with stakeholders and participate in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
- Understand the IT management, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and system are designed to comply with these policies.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
- Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
- Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Experience in programming (Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is advantageous.
- Prior experience in full SDLC / PDLC using Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in E-services applications/systems delivery.
