- Plan, co-ordinate and the operation, maintenance, repair and implement improvement works to all M&E and Building service and refrigeration systems
- Prepare and ensure schedules such as Maintenance Schedule, Repair Work Schedule and M&E Equipment Operation Schedule, and deadlines for events and installations works are met accordingly
- Carry out daily inspections and tests of mechanical and electrical equipments/ Plant/ BAS ACMV System
- Prepare and generate reports
- Co-ordination with contractors for renovation and new installation works, scope of works and quotation
- Check completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Compile and vet M&E drawings for renovations to ensure it complies to all M&E regulations
