Job Objective:
- Meet sales performance targets and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct B2B sales.
- Generate and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture new key accounts.
- Serve and increase sales from existing key accounts.
- Present and submit weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with renowned partners such as Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft, and the in-house AV Designer Team to propose solutions that meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure competitive bids.
Experience
- ITE/A Level/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual preferred OR
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a good sales track record.
- Experience in a project-based sales environment focused on developing customized solutions.
- Experience in designing and building solutions requiring hardware/equipment in AV, IT, communication, M&E, and other industries.
- Relevant contacts in vertical markets.
- Experience in participating in various tender portals such as Gebiz and BCA.
- Good at Sales management with leadership traits.
- Experience identifying opportunities in audio & visual, video conferencing, telephony solutions is a plus.
