Job Scopes:
- Conduct sales activities in both new and assigned sectors and areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a new customer base to meet sales targets.
- Perform regular sales activities, including customer management and tendering.
- Review project specifications and prepare quotations, cost estimates, and regular sales reports.
- Analyze and develop plans to engage the target market.
- Manage or support projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in general industries, with additional experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and semiconductor industry are advantages.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, bids and engineering requirements.
- Experience in M&E contracts and documentation, along with a well-established network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors, is beneficial.
- Candidates with extensive relevant experience and a proven track record may be considered for higher positions.
- Independent, proactively, and positive attitude, with good interpersonal communication skills, and a team player.
- Possess a driving license, prefer candidates who own car.
