As a Talent Associate, you will be instrumental in building a skilled and diverse team while fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
You Will
· Lead the design and implementation of major AI products in the company.
· Lead successful delivery of AI solutions from conception through deployment, meeting quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements, address challenges, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
· Drive the integration of AI with Knowledge Graphs and Machine Learning models, ensuring seamless interaction and functionality.
You Are
· Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience inengineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of successfully leading AI projects and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and knowledge graphs.
· Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
· Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
· Experience with AI for science, data processing automation, visual processing, and AI algorithms and control systems is highly desirable.
