- Step Down Care/Community Centers:Extend your expertise to step-down care facilities or community centers, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting patients' medication needs and promoting wellness.
- Retail Pharmacies:Explore opportunities in retail pharmacies, where you'll interact directly with patients and provide personalized pharmaceutical services in a community setting.
Job Duties:
- Prepare medications accurately and in accordance with doctors' prescriptions, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Advise patients on medication dosage, potential side effects, and interventions, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
- Dispense medications to patients or wards efficiently and ensure proper documentation of dispensing activities.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and nurses to address any issues or concerns related to patients' medication treatment, fostering effective communication and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution, with registration as a Pharmacist.
