Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HR representatives to deliver project plans and manage the consolidation and submission of relevant reports
- Collaborate with institutions to execute pipeline programmes including recruitment/ campus fairs and initiated recruitment program
- Manage monthly internal job posting mailers
- Partner with internal teams to publish social media content online on monthly basis;
- Work with Procurement team to support and administer process for vendor appointment and contract renewal
- Manage recruitment agencies’ proposals evaluation exercise
- Partner with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) vendor to address and troubleshoot the system process issues
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and/ or recruitment
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Good planning, organising, follow up and project management skills
- Meticulous and always strive to provide excellent work quality
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work within minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint applications
