- Assist top management in devising strategies to improve restaurant sales and profitability and implement policies to meet Group goals.
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of Finance, HR, purchasing and marketing.
- Managing budgets, hiring and contracting, preparation of agreements and business negoatiations including licensing and franchising
- Compiling performance reports and reporting to the CEO and board of directors.
- Ensuring prompt reporting to government agencies and compliance to SCDF, SFA, NEA and URA etc
