- Management of facilities and systems:Project management for new building construction.
Maintenance of existing structures.
Development of programs for planned maintenance and services.
- Managing service partners and contractors:Overseeing their work and ensuring quality.
Coordination of tasks and schedules.
- Providing technical advice:Offering expertise to user departments.
Assisting in decision-making processes.
- Coordinating fire safety and Green Mark tasks:Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Investigating safety incidents and preparing reports.
Requirement
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering with preferably 3 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design
