Job Description:
1. Deeply involved in activities of optical tester development and production, response to company product project management, formulate a project plan, execute and track management.
2. To lead the product program and project feasibility and reliability analysis review.
3. To bridge internal and external communication, collect the overall project needs, feedback on the stage results timely and allocate tasks reasonably.
4. To coordinate various cooperating departments to ensure the execution of the project runs smoothly, and be responsible for project cost management and project plan optimization.
5. To collaborate and solve the technical and quality problems of certification in the design and prototype manufacturing stage.
6. Responsible for collecting customer needs and allocating tasks reasonably, negotiating with customers when necessary and predicting unreasonable customer needs and communicating to solve them.
7. To report regularly and maintain effective interaction with the customer, internal teams and management.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Optical, Electronics, Mechanical, Software and Automation.
2. Open to fresh graduates without working experience
3. Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability and experience to respond quickly and respond to sudden abnormalities.
4. Willing to oversea business trip when required
