*This role will be hired on a contract basis to support our client's upcoming project.
About the role:
- Support Business Director and Business Lead on preparing and consolidating all Tenders, Clarifications, Legal review, final evaluation.
- Lead efforts on EPC/EPCM conversion request and other ITB preparation, Tendering, Clarification, Legal review, Technical & Commercial Evaluation, Project Assurance, etc. activities to meet Phase gate approval requirement.
- Lead the EPC/EPCm contract (and other contracts where applicable) T&C review and negotiation efforts, in consultation with Legal Counsel.
- Lead Project Assurance on project control establishment in Phase 4 to meet Phase gate approval requirement.
- Support Business Lead on project monthly reporting.
About you:
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in contracts management and administration as well as contract T&C review.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in in Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC phase of mega/major projects in Singapore or this region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
