We are looking for Logistics / Supply Chain Executive to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Generate invoices and delivery orders for daily shipments.
- Coordinate with designated forwarders and couriers for deliveries.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and third-party warehouses for goods release.
- Manage inventory, storage, and transportation logistics.
- Ensure secure and punctual pickup and delivery.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct clients to appropriate channels.
- Verify accuracy of customer purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Conduct bi-annual inventory audits.
- Offer customer service, coordination, and administrative/sales support.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Familiar with SAP Business One
- Able to handle multiple tasks and job responsibilities and is proactive
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedule
