You will be providing support to the HR and Admin department.
Responsibility
- Answer employee queries regarding leave, salary and overtime
- Coordinate document submission with site personnel
- Assist in payroll calculation
- Assist in recruitment
- Assist in all foreign worker matters
- Assist in sourcing and booking courses for staff
- Provide advice to The Management regarding employment legislation and HR practices
- Any other ad-hoc work
Requirement
- Knowledge and understanding of MOM employment law
- Higher Nitec with 2 years work experience, ideally in a construction related field
- Knowledge of Info-Tech software
- Tech savy
- Able to communicate with foreign workers of all levels
- Able to handle stress and work under pressure
- Willing and able to learn
