- Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers
Job Description
- Handle customers for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Conduct check on vehicles both when vehicles check-in and check-out of the workshop to ensure job is done properly
- Communicate estimated job completion to customers and provide regular updates and follow ups through till job completion
- Provide professional advice to customers on vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance matters
- Prepare and issue repair work order and invoices to customers
- Recommend suitable products and packages to customers
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service
- Shifting of vehicles
- Submit warranty claims and follow up on warranty claims submission on a timely basis.
- Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in Automotive industry in similar capacity
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
- Team player, proactive and meticulous
- Good communication skills
- Good technical knowledge in automobiles
- Class 3 driving license
