We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Assistant/Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, processing payroll, executing training for foreign workers, assist in employee relations, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in daily HR operations
- Coordinate onboarding & offboarding of foreign workers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Assist in performance management, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training programs for foreign workers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- O or N level
- 1-2 years of experience in HR (preferbly construction sector)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
