Beacon Advisory is an exciting young organization that aims to provide trusted, transparent, and holistic claim advice to patients and connect them with relevant doctors to seek treatment in the shortest time available. Claim Specialists will then step in to help the patients understand the process of the start of a claim to the point they recieve their payouts.
Roles:
- Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking
- Responsive through chats and email.
- Monitoring of patients’ medical claims running status and keeping them healthy by reviewing key metrics on a daily basis
- Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
