Duties and Responsibilities
- In charge of a small team that oversee inventory and stock management according to company guidelines
- Perform stock counts and maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Ensure timely order fulfilment
- Procure inventory
- Procure retail supplies
- Manage inventory locations, racks and secure space for incoming inventories
- Optimize and utilize warehouse space
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness
- Recruit part-time inventory executives to help with the above
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in retail
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- Familiarity with POS machine
- Physical ability to lift items
- Able to work in a team

- In charge of a small team of 1 to 3 part-timers to achieve the above requirements
