Job Descriptions:
- Knowledge of Partial Financial Accounting.
- Responsible for daily bookkeeping, data entry, Accounts Receivables / Payables functions, staff claims, Intercompany reconciliation and settlement, and other Accounting related duties assigned.
- Responsible for updating the cashflow and bank reconciliation statement.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, filing paperworks, and liaising with clients/suppliers for payment matters.
- Perform any other Accounting / Finance duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of related working experience in an International Accounting office.
- Knowledge of local requirements.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilience, flexibility, precision and teamwork, which are part of your personality.
- Strong analytical skills, efficiency and accountability.
- Good communication skills, also in dealing with partners for various cultures.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

- Familiarity in EXACT & CargoWise One, Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, Excel or related ERP.
- Certificate or diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
