We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in the Building industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide general support to staff as needed such as printing documents or supporting HR with on-boarding.
- Assist with event planning and coordination such as ordering of refreshments.
- Liaise with workshop on vehicle inspection and manage the renewal of vehicle insurance and road tax.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Work location is at Punggol Barat Lane.
- Transport from Jurong MRT and Woodlands MRT, Seletar Areospace.
- 5 days workweek.
