Job Description:
- Able to read & interpret tender specifications/ drawings.
- Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
- Responsible for the preparation of a complete mechanical (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) tender, including tabulate pricing, sourcing of supplier, BQ takeoff and Value Engineering, etc.
- Responsible for collating tender documents for submission.
- Perform administrative duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with proven track record.
- Interdependent with good communication skills.
- Must possess good working attitude with self-motivation and commitment.
- Possess competency in using Word, Excel, PDF converter, etc.
