Working Hour: 3 Day A Week [Monday, Thursday, Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)]
Job Description:
- Child Care Management System – check all attendances are submitted to get proper CCS
- Child Care Management System – check free kinder rebate entered correctly into each family account and compile report
- Child Care Management System – check pencilled bookings every week and compile report
- Child Care Management System – download Debt Report every week
- Child Care Management System – compile Debt Report every fortnight from the Debt Report
- Child Care Management System – check payment reports every day for insufficient funds cases and update management
- Child Care Management System – prepare group occupancy report
- Petty cash – compile and verify centres’ claim receipts from all centres.
- Invoices – compile invoices from all centres, verify all invoices date, amount, purpose, supporting documents, CM signature and remove duplicate invoices.
- Student placement – compile and check all student documents to ensure training fee is paid to the centre
- Other adhoc admin matters
Requirement:
- At least Diploma or higher education.
- Prior experience in administrative is an advantage
