- Position: Quantity Surveyor – Up to $4,500 + AWS – Lower Delta Road
- Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm AND 1 Saturday per month Half Day
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Handle general call enquiries
- Prepare Quotations and do follow up with customers
- Prepare for Tender bid
- Carry out Quantity Take off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and sub- contractors, collate price comparison and costing summary
- Prepare interim valuations pricing and Agreement of contract variations, progress claims and monitor project cash flow
- Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Attend meetings on site and with consultants as and when needed
- Project budget and analyse the cash flow of the project
- Any other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by the respective head
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveyor with at least one year of relevant working experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
