Job Scope:
• Order entry of Purchase Order and informs planner that new orders are up in QAD – Mfg/Pro system to prepare for production materials and forecast shortages.
• Co-ordinate with factory to support customer’s delivery with designated Lead time.
• System pricing maintenance.
• Preparation of Commercial Invoice and Packing List, Delivery Order and Tax Invoice.
• Shipping arrangement to assigned forwarders for collection of goods.
• To provide customer service support to inquiries both local and overseas.
• Assist in the preparation of Official Quotation before submission to customer.
Trait, Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in engineering related field
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working in Electronics Manufacturing Industry understand spec of PCBA/ Wireharnessing/ Electronic Components
