Summary:
In the role of Financial System Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate Finance team, reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Application in USA. The Financial System Analyst will assist the Senior Manager of Financial Applications with duties relating to key Finance Systems, to better support the Finance user group, and to support the implementation of new Finance Applications.
Role Responsibilities:
Financial Systems:
- Perform administrative work in HFM, and Lease Query
- Change/resolve mapping issues in FDM
- Load fx rates for HFM, SAP, and Lease Query
- Lock/unlock, consolidate, and perform data management tasks
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Support FP&A team for Plan and Forecast
- Assist user group with issues regarding loading data, running consolidations, analyzing data, and running reports
Consolidations:
- Responsible for monthly intercompany balancing
- Responsible for accumulation and loading of order backlog
- Responsible for reviewing loaded statistical data
- Assist with month end topside journal entries
- Assist business units as needed with month end close
- Assist with Equity cleanup
EPM Project:
- Data Validation
- Report Building
- End user support/training
- Task Management
EPM System Administration:
- Setup/maintain navigation flows
- Adjust security/permissions for users/groups
- Maintain/write business rules
- Data integration for mapping, process flows, and rules/logic for data loads
- Report writing, building, maintenance
- Create/adjust primary dashboards
- Maintain metadata, ensure consistency across platform
- Adding members to dimensions
- Dimension design and setup
- Task Management and Workflow Automation
- Setup tasks and schedules for users to follow/be prompted
- Approval flows and setting rules/responsibilities
- Maintenance of rules that initiate task automation jobs
- Cube design and setup(ASO, BSO, and Hybrid)
- Manage exception reporting
- System configuration adjustments
- Activating new features
- Determine visibility to end users
- System settings
- Locking/closing the system
- Set the look/feel of the system - Background, logos, branding
- Aliases/parameters
- Provide training/refreshers as needed
Additional: Alteryx designer
- Will have the opportunity to learn this software if not already using it

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in accounting/finance
- Three to Five-plus years of experience with HFM/Oracle consolidation software, consolidations, and related compliance tasks
- Basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn more as needed is required to support the finance organization
- Confident, diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- Strong teambuilding and leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Will need to be a self-starter and able to prioritize and manage responsibilities without significant direct supervision. Will need to be able to solve problems independently and comfortably communicating using technology as many counterparts work in other offices
