Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to international business leaders.
- Manage and coordinate the international business schedule, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on various business-related topics.
- Handle and prioritize incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and follow-up on action items and deadlines.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 – 7 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience
- Prior experience working in a Japanese company will be an added advantage.
