- To carry out cleaning duties as assigned, ensuring standards are followed to maintain hygienic, sanitary and safe food handling conditions.
- Oversee workers and assistant supervisors within designated kitchen operations, ensuring a five star service is achieved at all times, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist Manager to settle ad-hoc matter, and liase with the Assistant Chief Steward, Chef de Cuisines and Restaurant Managers when problem's happen.
