You will provide service in your area of specialty training and work closely with the team in the day-to-day treatment of patients.
You will take up responsibilities in the areas of Clinical,Education,Research and Administration. This includes developing and leading intradepartmental and interdepartmental clinical services, teaching and mentoring of junior doctors, scholarly activities and involved in non-clinical administrative duties in the hospital. In addition you will also take on anyother duty as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Possess medical qualification from one of the Universities/Medical Institutionslisted in the Schedules of the Singapore Medical Council;
- Eligible for Conditional or Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council;
- Completed specialist training with qualification that is registration with the Specialist Accreditation Board;
- Registered as a specialist doctor in the country of where the specialist training was completed;
- Possess good track record in leadership quality and working in a multidisciplinaryteam setting;
- Be in active clinical practise in the past 3 years in the relevant specialty;
- Candidate whose basic medical qualification is not conducted in the English language must provide evidence of English Proficiency and meet the acceptable score specified by the Singapore Medical Council
