- Position: Accounts Assistant (AR/AP) – Central – Up To $3,000 + Bonus
- Location: Central – Clarke Quay (Near MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly AR/AP aging report and submit to management
- Data entry of customer payments, perform cheques and bank transfer transactions
- Follow up on overdue account and payment status and arrange debts collection
- Monthly petty cash and credit card reconciliation
- Handle and manage petty cash disbursement
- Process of payments on a timely basis and update weekly cash balance
- Maintain book keeping
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of Nitec in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
