Finance and HR Manager - Retail/Central/S$8000

Job Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of monthly financial and management reports to Head Office
  • Responsible for full spectrum of financial and accounting functions
  • Review the financial procedures, internal controls and business processes
  • Ensure the compliance with all finance filing requirements, GST and corporate tax filing requirement, audits, and procedures
  • Handle annual external audit, providing all the necessary clarifications and support to ensure a quality audit process timely
  • Oversee stock take and inventory management
  • Ensure timely and accuracy on year-end statutory reporting
  • Manage and lead team in handling full sets of accounts (AP, AR G/L & Inventory), including review of journal entries, balance sheets, income statements & other reporting schedules
  • Manage and comply with all legal and statutory requirements
  • Manage the Company's cash flow, cash projection and set action plans
  • Liaise with Company secretary and External Auditors
  • Annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes with local management and Head Office


Human Resources & Administration:

  • Prepare and process full cycle of full-time payroll
  • Maintain HR database and records
  • Calculate sales commission
  • Process all payroll related matters
  • Prepare monthly CPF returns and IR8A before tax filing deadline
  • Conduct HR/payroll audit and in charge of HR related government surveys by MOM
  • Employee insurances and compensation
  • Conduct staff hiring process and exit interviews
  • Monthly/ yearly HR reports with variances analysis to Head Office


Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or any professional qualifications (ACCA/CA)
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience and 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in luxury retail industry would be an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of SAP/BW would be an advantage
  • Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and financial concept
  • Experiences in using payroll software
  • Possess a positive attitude, good leadership skills, interpersonal communication skill
  • Immediately available is preferred
