Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide support by ensuring a smooth operation in foreign workers recruitment.
- Ensure all HR function are processed and delivered on time.
- Assist HR Director / Senior HR Manager to oversee the department daily activities to meet the KPIs relating to planning, productivity, budget, quality, health, safety, security and environment.
- Advise and provide guidance to HR staffs to ensure job assigned are delivered timely and effectively.
- Advise site in-charge, subcontractors, subsidiaries (Local & Overseas) on HR related matters to ensure compliance to the Employment Act & company Group HR policies & procedures.
- Assist in periodic review of HR policies and practices.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignment and team member’s duties as and when required /assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevance working experiences
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Strong leadership qualities
- People orientated and result driven
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Meticulous, independent and well-organized individual
- Good analytical and quality conceptualization skills
