Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:-
- Oversee and be accountable for the full spectrum of Room Sales and Catering Sales Management and Operations for the Hotel.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with key industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Champion innovation and guide the team through change management initiatives.
- Manage total revenue management, ensuring optimal pricing strategies.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Manage and direct staff including recruitment, selection, and development to achieve Company goals and objectives.
- Train and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve service excellence.
- Cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department.
- Track team performance and implement incentive programs to drive results.
- Lead service innovation initiatives to elevate the guest experience.
- Develop and oversee financial budgets and plans to achieve profitability goals.
- Capitalize on technological advancements to gain a competitive advantage.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership during crisis situations.
Requirements:-
- Possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years in similar position or equivalent capacity.
- Ability to lead and delegate.
- Highly motivated leader and results driven.
- Excellent communicator with good management and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem resolving skills.
