Production Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Lead and supervise workers to ensure smooth operation at the production
Liaise with sales team on the work orders’ requirements and progress update on ERP platform
Achieve daily production schedule and monitor the production output
Schedule manpower deployment and overtime planning
Enforce discipline and safety in the factory
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in glass processing environment
Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skills
Good communication
Proactive and possess good problem-solving skills
