Brief Summary:
- 5 Days: Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Location: Macpherson
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales and purchase order activities
- Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Assist logistics operations and outbound shipment planning
- Assist sales and engineering team in enquiry
- To maintain and update inventory records
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Assist in RMA and loan activities
- Assist in warehousing activities
- To achieve and improve KPI’s set for the department.
- Assist in Operation reports/ data analysis
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- High level of integrity and meticulousness
- Strong people skills with pleasant personality
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience in Business Central 365 will be advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Good attitude with a willingness to learn and be a team player.
- *At least 2 years of relevant experience.
