- Responsible for the planning, coordinating and managing of all maintenance activities for all sites to ensure its operational availability
- Plan and manage manpower needs
- Develop maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure implementation
- Analyse failures trends and implement corrective actions
- Manage and Monitor equipment inventory
- Monitor expenses and control the budget
- Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance review with customers
- Ensure proper record of all documentation are kept
- Reviews procedures to modify maintenance procedures for better optimization of resources
- Train, manage and develop staff under his charge
- Ensure compliance on health and safety policies
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- ITIL certification preferred
- Working experience in security systems or related field will be an advantage
