Responsibilities:
- Handle the process of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, work applications, approvals, onboarding and offboarding, records keeping etc.
- Functioning as the point of contact for HR operation matters, HR-related inquiries, and disciplinary cases.
- Monitor, upkeep, and ensure security and accuracy of employees’ records and documents in HRIS and physical employee personnel files
- Supporting tender team in sieving of candidates to propose for projects and answering HR-related clarifications.
- Functioning as liaison between employees, management, and clients for manpower needs
- Function as liaison between HR and subcontractors/partners for HR/Payroll matters to negotiate and communicate on employment matters
- Follow up with employees’ queries, grievances, concerns, issue resolution, emergency situations, etc.
- Generate payslips and respond to employees’ queries on payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Update HR- Finance report on monthly staff changes for payroll
- Collaborate with HR Officer on freelance/OT timesheets and process
- Assist stationery & PPE Inventory/transmittal/preparation
- Ensure all administrative documents are recorded properly
- Coordinate meeting schedules
- Conversion, collating, and submission of documents & resumes
- Assist in the process and validity of ISO Certification and all other related licenses
- Assist in the Tender process and meetings
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or related
- Min. 2 years of working experience in HR and Admin functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented and able to work well with different stakeholders
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate well and comfortable in dealing with conflicts
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess a good working attitude and responsibility
