Job Description :

  • Manage and execute travel and hotels arrangement (GA)
  • Manage expatriate relocation tenancy leasing (GA)
  • Support & coordinate office and maintenance contracts/leases (GA)
  • Verify expense claims for staff (GA)
  • Maintain all routine personnel records in HR system & p-files (HR)
  • Assist in recruitment administration (HR)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding process (HR)
  • Administer Training (HR)
  • Faciliate in perfermance management (HR)
  • Assist in payroll administration (HR)
  • Administer Insurance renewal/claim (HR)
  • Enhance employee-employee relations (HR)
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities for staff (Welfare - HR)
  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirement:

  • Minimally Diploma in Business/HRM
  • Proactive personnel who is able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess Teamwork with positive learning attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word/ Excel
  • Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
